Established in 1982, BKIT Bhalki, formerly known as Rural Engineering College, Bhalki, is a premier institution dedicated to imparting quality technical education. Situated in the Bidar district of Karnataka, the institute was founded under the visionary leadership of Dr. Bheemanna Khandre, a freedom fighter and former minister in the Government of Karnataka. BKIT is affiliated with Visvesvaraya Technological University (VTU), Belagavi, and is accredited by NAAC with a B++ grade and AICTE.
