About College
The College was established in 1982 under the Chairmanship of Shri. Bheemanna Khandre and with belssings of Poojya Dr. Ma.Gha.Cha. Channabasava Pattadevaru. The tireless efforts of former Transport Minister and former President Shri. Bheemanna Khandre has brought glory to our institute. Rural Engineering College, Bhalki, since its establishement in 1982, has been in the forefront of technical education in North Karnataka. In the two decades of its existence it has earned a good reputation. The college is approved by the All India Council for Technical Education, (AICTE) New Delhi and affiliated to the Visveswaraiah Technical University,(VTU)Belgaum.
